The President General of Yoruba Youth Forum (YYF ) Comrade Abiodun Bolarinwa has held a meeting with Yoruba Leader, Professor Banji Akintoye.
The visit by the YYF President General to Professor Banji Akintoye we gathered held a meeting with the Yoruba leader on issues concerning the insecurity in Yorubaland and also discussed some other issues bordering on unity in Yorubaland.
Sources at the meeting told our correspondent that Professor Banji Akintoye was elated to receive the YYF President General and also urged him to continue to sensitise and encourage Yoruba youths to be self reliant and embrace peace.
Also speaking, the YYF President General, Comrade Abiodun Bolarinwa said that Professor Banji Akintoye is no doubt a highly respected Yoruba leader whose antecedents as a thoroughbred academic and historian cannot be matched.
He added that he that decided to pay Professor Banji Akintoye visit based on his belief in his leadership and also why Yorubas must come together to face the current problems bedevilling the Yoruba people.
Comrade Bolarinwa urged all other Yoruba leaders, every Yoruba sons and daughters to cooperate with one another in order to overcome the obstacles facing us as a nation.
