Oyo State Chapter of the Theatre Arts & Motion Picture Practitioners’ Association Of Nigeria (TAMPAN) and the Oyo State chapter of Oodua Peoples Congress (OPC) New Era have honoured the Deputy Vice President of OPC New Era, Chief Adeola Adeagbo on his birthday.
The event which took place at Genesis Hotel, Ibadan had in attendance the National President of TAMPAN, Mr. Bolaji Amusan a.k.a Latin, Rose Odika, Chief Adesina Akinpelu and both members of TAMPAN and OPC New Era in the state.
While speaking at the occasion, Rose Odika described Chief Adeola Adeagbo as a good friend and supporter of TAMPAN in the state.
She addded that, TAMPAN decided to honour Chief Adeagbo on his birthday for his sterling leadership qualities and his support to the TAMPAN family.
Also, speaking at the event, Chief Adesina Akinpelu who is the National Public Relations Officer of OPC New Era also described Chief Adeagbo as a strong pillar in the emancipation of Yoruba race.
“Chief Adeola Adeagbo is a strong pillar in the emancipation of Yoruba race. He is a leader whose good reputation precedes him anywhere he goes. As he celebrates his birthday today, we pray to Almighty God to grant him more years in good health and abundant blessings.”
Chief Adeagbo while appreciating TAMPAN family and OPC New Era in the state said he was grateful for the honour and expressed gratitude to both TAMPAN and OPC New Era in the State.
The event also has in attendance, the Oyo State Coordinator of OPC New Era, Comrade Sarafadeen Aiki, the State Deputy Coordinator, Comrade Bashir Kolawole and other members of the OPC New Era in the State.
