Owa of Obokun: Those Against Oyetola Should Smash Their Heads

The Owa Obokun of Ijesaland, Oba (Dr) Gabriel Aromolaran has lampooned the traducers of Osun Governor Adegboyega Oyetola.

He said those opposing his second term bid can harm, the Governor will emerge victorious in the 2022 governorship poll.

Oba Aromolaran spoke while receiving Oyetola in his palace during the continuous strategic tour tagged ‘Have you in mind always’, in Ijesha South Federal Constituency comprising of Ilesha East, Atakunmosa West and East Local Government Areas.

He assured Oyetola that all Ijesha people will vote for home, stating “Ijesha is not known for rascality.”

According to him: “Oyetola will win governorship election for the second term.

Anything I tell God, he answers it. You don’t need to waste your time soliciting votes in Ijesha because you already have our support, your outstanding performance is enough to earn our vote. You came for the commissioning of this palace despite your busy schedule.

We can’t be an ingrate to you at the point you need our support. there is no other person to be voted for during the 2022 Osun governorship election other than Oyetola.

We don’t give room for rascality in Ijesha land. The support we will give you includes peace. We have warned our wards that they should not get themselves involved in thuggery.
Ijesha people that we shall give your administration full support to ensure that you win come July 16 2022. Oyetola is so special to me. I always pray with my whole heart for our governor to be victorious.

He added: “Oyetola is the candidate that will win Ijesha land, whosoever oppose his candidature can smash his head on pole in Ijesha land.

“If they count the votes ten times, he will win against all odds. I am not opposing any political party, but as far as I know, Oyetola will win Ijesha land because I am in full control of this land.”

He admonished Oyetola to upgrade the College of Education Ilesha to a University.

Oyetola told the monarch he was seeking his blessings ahead of the APC primary and guber polls in July 2022.
