Obey God And Be Free Of Curses-Rev. Adegboyega

Individuals and nations should divinely and discretely identify the pattern of curses crippling their lives, otherwise their progress would be a mirage.

Once identified, the curses should be aggressively attacked with prayers and intimacy with God by victims of these negatives.

This was the thrust of a three-day revival titled ‘Power of Covenant Curses held at the Salvataion Proclaimers Anointed Church (SPAC) Headquarters, Miracle Cathedral, Ibadan, Oyo state.

During his message, Reverend Dapo Adegboyega described the days of the revival as that of supernatural intervention pointed out that curses have a distinct pattern whi check when identified should be quickly addressed so as not to spread to other generations like a virus.

Going into the Scriptures, Reverend Dapo read from Genesis where Abraham, the father of faith was unable to have a child for many years before he later got a child through his wife’s maid.

The London-based preacher pointed out that the curse of barrenness spread in Abraham’s lineage with Isaac and Jacob also having a similar experience.

Reverend Dapo noted that if the same problem continues go happen at the same time, then there may be a curse.

He cited the example of a famous American political family that always lost a member at an interval of twenty years. He also mentioned a family member who was involved in an accident at the same spot where his father was involved in a crash some years earlier.

Reverend Dapo explained that total submission to God and obeying Him were the antidotes which helped in destruction of curses.

The programme was wrapped up by the General Oveerseer of the church, Prophet S.A. Adegboyega who quoted copiously from Mark 1:23, 2 Kings 4:1 and 2 Kings 2:19. He admonished believers to be close to God at all times.

“Your immunity against curses is dedicated service to God as well as total, non-negotiable obedience to God’s word”.

The G.O who declared that curses have been broken and destroyed in the lives of those who attended the revival said that as Job recovered all that he lost, they would have testimonies if they followed the guidelines given to them.
