Several people were said to have been killed when armed bandits attacked a train on its way from Abuja to Kaduna with bomb and guns.
The train was said to have been a few minutes away from the Kaduna station when the incident occurred.
According to BBC, a passenger on the train confirmed the development.
Troops were, however, said to have been deployed to the train and they engaged the attackers in a gun duel.
