… Accuses Ejiogbe Of Planning To Cause Mayhem At Seyi Makinde’s Inauguration
A Chieftain of the National Union of Road Transport Workers, NURTW in Oyo State, Alhaji Mukaila Lamidi has debunked the story making round that he would cause mayhem in Oyo State, after the inauguration of Engineer Seyi Makinde as the Governor of Oyo state on May 29, 2019.
Auxiliary speaking through his spokesman, Alhaji Raheem Lagash said that the story making round that Auxiliary will cause mayhem in Oyo state after the inauguration of Engineer Seyi Makinde on May 29 is untrue, saying that it is the executive members of the NURTW led by Alhaji Abideen Ejiogbe that are planning to unleash mayhem on citizens of Oyo state.
“I can tell you authoritatively that Mukaila Lamidi a.k.a Auxiliary never had plan to cause any mayhem in Oyo state after May 29 inauguration of Engineer Seyi Makinde. How can we cause mayhem for a government we worked for? It is Ejiogbe and his people who are planning to cause mayhem in Oyo state and blame it all on Auxiliary. We have even uncovered plots by Ejiogbe and his people to throng the venue of Engineer Seyi Makinde inauguration with printed T-shirts all in a bid to cause mayhem and blame it on Auxiliary.”
He accused Ejiogbe led NURTW of working for All Progressives Congress, APC in the last election.
“It is a known fact that Ejiogbe and the entire NURTW members under him worked against Engineer Seyi Makinde in the last election. We have gathered that they are planning to invade Makinde’s inauguration venue on May 29 with printed T-shirts all to cause mayhem. The security agencies should act fast on this to prevent breakdown of law and order in Oyo state.”
Speaking further, Auxiliary said that Ejiogbe and his team are only making noise to prevent the inevitable.
“How can you work against somebody and expect him to retain you as Oyo NURTW Chairman? It is a known fact and it has been there for many years that a change in State government automatically leads to a change in NURTW leadership at the State level. Why are they now afraid of the inevitable? All we are doing now is to appeal to all security agencies in Oyo state to caution Ejiogbe against unleashing mayhem on Oyo state.”
