The Ekiti House of Assembly Speaker, Mr Funminiyi Afuye, is reportedly dead.
Afuye, before his demise, represented Ikere constituency 1.
The speaker died on Wednesday evening at 66 after a brief illness.
Afuye was one of the dignitaries that graced the inauguration of Governor Biodun Oyebanji, on Sunday and was reportedly present at a plenary that was held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022.
