…warns against campaign of calumny

The Conference of Nigeria Political Party (CNPP), Ekiti State chapter, has heartily congratulated all the emerging Governorship candidates in the just concluded primary elections in Ekiti State.
This was contained in a press release signed by the CNPP Chairman, Prince Ayo Adelabu and the Secretary, Pastor Victor Akinola and made available to newsmen shortly after their meeting held on Monday in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital.
Meanwhile, the statement also warned all the guber candidates and political parties against the June governorship elections not to engage in campaign of calumny but allow peace and tranquilities to reign and let their campaign be issue based as thorough breed democrats.
CNPP commended the committees who conducted the successful primaries elections across all the political parties in the state for their maturity, transparency and for the well-done job couple with their conciliatory approach.
The conference strongly advised all the aggrieved parties to rally round their flagbearers for a successful governorship election, bearing it in mind that Ekiti State belongs to all.
