Business Mogul, Chief Adewoyin Mourns Exit Of Alaafin, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi

A business mogul, Chief (Dr) Kolawole Adewoyin has condoled with the Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde, the Oyo Mesi and the entire people of Oyo State over the death of Alaafin Oyo, Oba Lamidi Atanda Adeyemi III.

Chief Adewoyin who is the Chief Executive Officer of Shiata Guest House, Kolly Shiata Petroleum and the Chairman of AAA Adewoyin Petroleum described the death of Alaafin as shocking, saying that the first class Oba in Yorubaland died at a time that the State, Nation and even Yorubaland still need his wealth of experience.

“The death of Alaafin Oyo, Oba Lamidi Atanda Adeyemi III came to me as a rude shock. His death is personal to me because of the relationship between us.”

The business mogul further stated that the demise of Alaafin Oyo, Oba Lamidi Atanda Adeyemi III has left a big vacuum that will be very hard and difficult for anyone to fill.

“Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III was a natural born leader, a great King who brought growth and development not only to Oyo but to all Yorubaland.”

Chief Adewoyin however prayed for the repose of the soul of the late King, urging all Oyo sons and daughters, Baba Mongba of Oyo, Baba Iyaji of Oyo and all Yorubas to take heart over the exit of the Monach.
