Senator Teslim Folarin has emerged the governorship candidate of All Progressives Congress, APC, in Oyo state.
Teslim polled 954 votes to defeat his closest rival, Bayo Adelabu who polled 327 votes.
Though, Bayo Adelabu was absent at the primary, three other governorship aspirants under the platform of the party were in attendance.
Barrister Akeem Agbaje polled 15 votes, Engineer Hakeem Alao polled 6 votes while Dr Azeez Adedutan polled 2 votes.
