After 72-hour Ultimatum, Police Arrest Portable

The Ogun State police command arrested Habeeb Okikiola popularly known as Portable after 72-hour ultimatum earlier given to him to honour police invitation.

The controversial ‘Zazoo Zeh’ crooner was finally arrested on Friday by officers of the Ogun state police command.

Abimbola Oyeyemi, the state police spokesperson, said the singer is currently being detained at the state headquarters of the police in Eleweran, Abeokuta.

On Wednesday, Portable was given a three-day ultimatum to report himself to the police.

This was after the singer resisted attempts by the police to arrest him and also referred to himself as “a federal government liability”.
