2019: Oyo People Will Not Vote For Continuity Of Suffering And Mismanagement-Engr. Olaniyan

Engineer Rauf Olaniyan, the running mate of the Oyo state Peoples Democratic Party candidate, Engineer Seyi Makinde has said that the people of Oyo state are tired of APC government and would kick against continuity of suffering and mismanagement.
Engineer Olaniyan who stated this while speaking to journalists in Ibadan said that the APC led government in Oyo state has failed the people and that the slogan of ‘continuity’ the APC is using to deceive the people will no longer work because the people of the State no longer desire continuity of ‘suffering and mismanagement’.
“PDP will record a landslide victory against APC in 2019 governorship election in Oyo state. As you can see, people are already tired of APC government. Oyo state people are now wise. They will say ‘no’ to continuity of suffering and mismanagement. ”
Speaking further, Olaniyan said that he was not happy with the current happenings in the education sector in the State; blaming the government of Senator Ajimobi for making a mess of the sector.
“Let us not even talk about other sectors in Oyo state. Let me just talk about education sector in Oyo state. We all know what is happening in LAUTECH. Today, the current rating of Oyo state in WAEC is number 26 and yet they are telling the people of the State to support continuity. Is this the kind of continuity they want the people to support? People will definitely not support this kind of continuity.”
Also speaking on the reason he accepted to be the running mate of the Oyo state PDP candidate; Olaniyan said that he accepted the offer because of his love for the people of the State.
“I accepted to be the running mate of Engineer Seyi Makinde because of my love for the people of Oyo state. I also see Engineer Makinde as a man with fear of God who will not disappoint people of the State when elected in 2019. Our government will do things differently to transform Oyo state and bring dividends of democracy to the people of the State.”
